The Role Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will be responsible for the College’s accounts payable function, ensuring payments and records are processed efficiently and accurately. Key responsibilities: End-to-end accounts payable processing, including invoices, credit notes, payments, and reconciliations. Set up new suppliers and maintain accurate vendor records. Prepare and process weekly and monthly supplier payments. Reconcile creditor statements and the AP control account. Maintain the integrity of the College’s purchasing system and master files. Assist with audits, reporting, and compliance activities. Build effective relationships with suppliers and internal staff. About You 2 years’ experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role; experience with TASS is a plus. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to progress a high volume of invoices. Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Ability to acquire Blue Card approval.
