About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated team member to join us as a full time Business Development Manager in NSW. You will play a pivotal role in driving proactive market entry campaigns, nurturing relationships with key clients and stakeholders, and expanding the company's reach into new markets and with new products. Your primary focus will be on outbound activities aimed at generating new opportunities and maintaining a healthy pipeline for sustained revenue growth. Your days will be busy and varied, and will include: Preparing detailed mark ups and Quotations, with assistance from the Sales Support person Working closely with clients to close deals, including negotiating on pricing and terms Building and Delivering Proactive Market Entry Campaigns, ensuring effective initiation and execution Deliver compelling and informative presentations to prospects and specifiers Client and Stakeholder Relationship Management, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and engagement Assist with quoting and follow-up activities Maintain a hit list of target clients and run regular sales reporting and analysis. About You: You will thrive in this role if you have a positive attitude to work and are willing to be trained.
