THE ROLE Join a collaborative and innovative team leading the redevelopment of Homes Victoria's high-rise tower sites. As Principal Project Manager, Transactions, you'll drive complex procurement and partnership processes under the Government's Housing Statement, overseeing consultants and contractors through all stages of commercial structuring, design and delivery. Drive high-quality documentation, reporting and presentations including transactions plans, tender documents and ministerial briefs. Ensure accurate budget management and financial reporting plus undertake complex quantitative analysis, develop project cashflows and forecasts. Build and maintain trusted relationships across government, councils, consultants, and industry partners. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Proven experience leading large-scale social infrastructure or residential property transactions in a government or public-sector context. Strong knowledge of procurement frameworks e.g. Partnerships Victoria, HVHR, PD&CM Act, Financial Management Act, and VGPB Guidelines. Advanced Microsoft Office and 365 skills (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook). Strong commercial and financial analysis capability — focused on driving value for money and sustainable project outcomes.
