About the Role We're looking for a hands-on, detail-driven Port Agent to join our friendly Port Operations team in Sydney. You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth arrival and departure of our ships, coordinating everything from Customs and Port Authority approvals to crew logistics and supplies. Every day is different – from organising port services to supporting our world-class cruise lines – it's a fast-paced, rewarding role where teamwork and organisation are key. What You'll Be Doing Coordinating cruise ship arrivals and departures with external services, including harbour pilots, tugboats and mooring gangs Prepare and process required documentation Liaise with port authorities, Customs, Department of Agriculture and other statutory bodies. Organise logistics for supplies, crew movements, luggage handling, and more Build strong relationships with service providers, government agencies, internal and external stakeholders Complete accurate port call reporting, invoicing, and admin tasks About You You're someone who thrives on organisation, teamwork and variety. You're known for your attention to detail, your ability to juggle priorities, and your willingness to roll up your sleeves when needed. You'll enjoy collaborating to keep things running smoothly – and you're not afraid to jump in when the team needs a hand. We'd love to hear from you if you have: 2 years' experience in a similar operational role Background or interest in the cruise, travel or shipping industry Strong organisational and planning skills with great attention to detail Confident communicator and team player who enjoys problem-solving Solid administration skills and intermediate MS Office (Word, Excel) A current NSW Driver's Licence * Flexibility to support weekend and out-of-hours work (cruising never sleeps!)
