Team Lead P-8A Technical Support Services Location: Edinburgh, SA Lead a high-performing technical support team and play a key role in the P-8A Poseidon program with Airbus in Australia Pacific. About the opportunity Join Airbus in Australia Pacific as Team Lead P-8A Technical Support Services, where you'll lead a multidisciplinary team delivering essential technical and engineering support to the P-8A Poseidon program. Reporting to the P-8A Service Delivery Manager within the Surveillance & Response Program, this role is the key focal point for all Technical Support Services, overseeing planning, coordination and customer liaison with stakeholders such as the RAAF, Boeing Defence Australia, and CASG. You'll drive continuous improvement across technical assessment, data management, documentation, and engineering support - ensuring compliance with Airbus, enterprise, and regulatory requirements, while enhancing the team's effectiveness and efficiency.
