About the Role We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Chatswood, Sydney. You'll play a key role in ensuring our cruise ships receive the right products, on time and to specification — supporting supply flow, vendor management and ship operations. Every day is different — from liaising with vendors to planning delivery schedules and assisting with sourcing during unplanned events, this role offers variety, challenge and the chance to make a real impact in a fast-paced, global environment. What You'll Be Doing Working with stakeholders to ensure products are contracted and supplied to the ships. Assisting in the coordination of ongoing requirements within various markets. Working with Supply Chain Logistics to plan ordering and delivery schedules. Ensuring costs and specs align with expectation of materials and services for operations Supporting the purchase order process. Maintaining collaborative internal & external relationships. General administration related to sourcing and supply chain. Working within a diverse change management environment. About You You're passionate about customer service, hospitality and travel, with the drive to build a long-term career in the cruise or supply chain. Ideally with a background in hospitality, you're results-driven, resilient and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You bring strong organisational and communication skills, a great work ethic, and enjoy working collaboratively as part of a close-knit team. The cruise line industry is a 24/7 operation, so flexibility to work out of hours and on weekends is an important part of this role, but compensated for to ensure everyone has a good work-life balance! Hands-on and proactive, you're always ready to roll up your sleeves and get the job done. You have: 12 months experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain or hospitality. Comfortable working within a dynamic environment. Ability to engage with unique stakeholders in a complex environment. Strong communication, problem solving and decision-making skills High attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Highly motivated and flexible to meet the evolving priorities Sound knowledge of Excel, Microsoft office and working knowledge of a computerised purchase order system.
