You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, apply best-practice methodologies, and ensure governance standards are met—contributing to a skilled and high-performing workforce. What You’ll Do Design engaging, outcomes-focused learning solutions using Suncorp methodologies to meet business needs. Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and refine content using best-practice instructional design and technology. Maintain governance standards through cyclical review of learning catalogues and job-ready pathways. Deliver learning solutions on time and within scope, balancing stakeholder needs and priorities. Build strong relationships across teams to ensure adoption and alignment with strategic goals. What You’ll Bring Experience in Learning & Development (minimum 2 years), with knowledge of instructional design methodologies. Ability to use eLearning tools such as Lectora or Captivate and familiarity with LMS platforms. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to consult and influence stakeholders. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and instructional design software. Understanding of adult learning principles and governance standards.
