Brisbane Hybrid working model, supportive and collaborative culture Contribute to enterprise-wide transformation projects Work with cross-platform and engineering teams About the Role As a Business Analyst in our Enterprise Delivery team, you’ll collaborate across squads and platforms to gather requirements, map processes, and deliver solutions that support strategic outcomes. You’ll work closely with engineering and delivery teams to simplify complexity and improve customer and business experiences. What You’ll Do Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, validate and document business requirements that drive impactful outcomes Analyse current and future state processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and simplification Create user stories and business documentation to support agile delivery across multiple platforms Facilitate workshops and engage with cross-functional teams to ensure clarity and alignment Act as a liaison between engineering teams and business stakeholders, ensuring shared understanding of delivery goals Participate in agile rhythms including stand-ups, planning sessions, and showcases What You’ll Bring Experience in business analysis including requirements gathering, process documentation, and business process mapping Ability to work across multiple platforms and with engineering teams to deliver integrated solutions Proficiency in tools such as JIRA and Confluence, and familiarity with Agile, Lean and waterfall methodologies Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts Assist with the creation of training materials and knowledge management materials Knowledge of frameworks such as BABOK, Lean Six Sigma, and Agile practices Experience in financial services or large enterprise environments is desirable For more information please contact melissa.turkington@suncorp.com.au
