Our client has a loan portfolio in excess of $18 billion and employs over 300 staff globally. Reporting to an experienced and highly impressive CRO, the Risk and Compliance Manager will be the key contact point for the technology, data, distribution, marketing and product teams. In this broad role, you will be responsible for supplier frameworks, BCP Gap Analysis and policy, DDO policy and mortgage management oversight. Additionally, the role includes: Performing urgent Line 2 reviews/audits across business functions; Managing compliance issues and incidents; Product & Marketing compliance; and Responding to AFCA complaints; A preferred candidate will ideally bring 5 years risk and compliance experience from a similar mortgage lending business. You will be proactive, driven and be able to handle senior stakeholders, including with the Executive team. A strong understanding of ASIC, AUSTRAC, AFCA and the Corporations Act will be useful.
