We’re currently seeking an experienced Civil Site Manager to join a growing team delivering high-quality subdivision projects across Perth and surrounding areas. This is a hands-on role reporting to the Construction Manager, responsible for supervising site personnel, managing sub-contractors, and ensuring all construction activities are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage site personnel and plant operations. Coordinate sub-contractors to ensure work meets project timelines and quality standards. Implement and maintain OH&S and environmental controls on site. Interpret and work from plans to guide construction activities. Apply plant and machinery knowledge to optimise site operations. Essential Skills & Experience: Minimum 3 years’ civil construction supervision experience, ideally in subdivisions. Intermediate surveying skills. Advanced plan reading and plant/equipment knowledge. Strong understanding of machinery capabilities. Knowledge of OH&S and environmental work practices.
