Change Manager Location: Eight Mile Plain, QLD Contract duration: until June 2026 Full Time: Hybrid Start- ASAP Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to support a strategic systems enablement project impacting multiple shared services functions. This role will be instrumental in driving adoption, readiness, and engagement across stakeholder groups including Finance, Learning & Development, and Quality & Risk teams and the broader business. The successful candidate will lead the development and execution of change strategies, assess organisational impact, and coordinate training and communication activities to ensure a smooth transition and sustained adoption of new systems and processes. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement tailored change management strategies and plans across shared services functions. Conduct change impact assessments and readiness evaluations to inform planning and stakeholder engagement. Lead stakeholder engagement activities to support adoption and minimise resistance. Collaborate with L&D teams to design and deliver training programs aligned with system and process changes. Coordinate communication and engagement initiatives to build awareness and alignment. Monitor and report on change effectiveness, adoption, and readiness metrics. Support risk mitigation strategies related to change and business continuity. Systems & Tools Experience Proven experience supporting change initiatives involving finance systems such as TechOne. Familiarity with incident management systems and learning management systems (e.g., Litmos, Elmo Learn). Experience working within or alongside Microsoft Dynamics 365 (MSD365) environments is preferable. Ability to translate technical system changes into business impacts and user-friendly communications.
