About the Role As a trusted partner to the CEO, you will play a central role in modelling, shaping and executing Vitura Health’s growth strategy, including funding, M&A, capital market engagement all while embedding robust governance practices. You will produce high quality financial statements and statutory reporting to ensure informed decision making. About You In this role, you will bring strong financial leadership as a CA or CPA-qualified professional, ideally with experience as a CFO in an ASX-listed or highly regulated environment. The position may include the Company Secretarial function, depending on your background.
