With a booming, culturally rich and diverse community, and less than an hourâs drive from the CBD (still within the bounds of Myki and ride-sharing), Melbourneâs North is fast becoming the place to be.   Northern Health are seeking applications from motivated and suitably experienced Administration Coordinators to join the Victorian Virtual Emergency Department for a Maternity Leave cover 12-month Fixed Term contract.  Northern Health is the major provider of acute, maternity, sub-acute, mental health, specialist, community and home-based services in Melbourneâs rapidly growing outer north.  Services are provided through our five main campuses: Northern Hospital Epping, Broadmeadows Hospital, Bundoora Centre, Craigieburn Centre, and Kilmore District Hospital. In addition, Mental Health Services are provided at Epping, Broadmeadows, Jacana, Preston, Mill Park and Coburg.  About the Role: An opportunity exists for an Administration Coordinator to join the Victorian Virtual Emergency Department (VVED) team at Northern Health for a Maternity Leave cover 12-month Fixed Term contract (December 2025-26).  This role requires the applicant to support the VVED Director of Workforce Operations and Workforce Coordinator by assisting with onboarding and recruitment of new VVED clinicians, roster and payroll coordination and support, and general administrative tasks as required by the VVED Workforce Coordinator.  To be successful in this role you will have: Prior experience in an Administration role (Preferably within the Healthcare sector) Proven ability to manage administrative tasks and prioritise workload Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently independently Ability to problem solve and exhibit flexibility Excellent IT skills and experience using various platforms (MS Office, Teams etc) Capacity to contribute to after-hours on call roster   Next Steps . . .
