The Role Based at Waterlily HQ in Morningside, Brisbane, you'll develop and nurture partnerships with wholesalers across Brisbane and interstate, creating and improve systems and processes that drive sustainable growth. Key responsibilities include: Sales Generate a robust pipeline of leads via proactive prospecting, networking & leveraging existing relationships Implement effective sales strategies & tactics to drive revenue & growth with the aim to exceed sales targets Build & nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders in the beauty industry including salon owners, spa managers & dermal clinics Demonstrate a proactive approach to creating & adapting systems & procedures, to drive sales & partnership opportunities Collaborate with marketing team to develop targeted campaigns, promotions & sales materials Analyse sales data & provide regular reports to management on performance, forecasts & market trends Stay current with latest industry trends, competitor activities & market insights to stay ahead of the competition Partnership Utilise a collaborative approach to create purposeful connections & value driven partnerships, in line with company values Discover client needs, concerns & goals in order to deliver effective coaching, strategy & support for spa & salon partners Support partners with business development that aligns with their goals & sales targets Work collaboratively to create action plans & milestones to track progress Use a metrics-based approach to evaluate performance & provide feedback to partners - supporting them to achieve business objectives Encourage & inspire partners to overcome obstacles, persist through challenges & stay motivated in pursuit of revenue targets Create bespoke & tailored solutions to meet unique needs of our clients, using a solution-oriented approach with a flair for creativity Operate within a continuous improvement approach About You: Proven track record in business development & sales 2 years experience in a similar role, similar industry highly regarded Ability to travel interstate approx 5-10 days/month Solution-oriented approach to client management with a strong client service focus Dynamic presentation skills with a polished & warm communication style Impeccable personal presentation, representative of the Waterlily brand Excel at working autonomously & proactively Driven & results orientated with a focus on driving growth & success for the company Genuine passion for wellness & the beauty industry, with an ethical & authentic approach to business Driver’s licence & reliable transportation Why Join Waterlily: Dynamic role you can make your own Flexible working options, salary commissions car allowance Free skincare Ongoing training and development Join a company that genuinely cares about people and making a difference - without compromise If this sounds like something you want to be a part of, we'd love to hear from you
