Job Description Operate and maintain Cooinda Lodge’s diesel power generation and electrical distribution systems. Lead maintenance schedules, HV/LV switching, and system optimisation to ensure safe and reliable power for all facilities. Manage infrastructure projects, budgets, and contractors in collaboration with the Maintenance Manager. Contribute technical leadership to the resort’s renewable energy transition (solar PV/BESS integration). Support operational planning to ensure power resilience through the wet season and peak tourism demand. Uphold compliance with WHS, NT regulations, and environmental standards.
