ConsultANZ is recruiting 9 experienced Piling Rig Offsiders to join a large-scale infrastructure project in Western Australia. You’ll support piling operations on-site, working closely with rig operators and supervisors to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient daily operations. Key Responsibilities: Assist piling rig operators in daily operations Handle rig tools, hoses, pipes, and assist with setup and breakdown Perform spotting and dogging duties for crane and load handling Operate EWP where required to assist with rig and piling operations Work safely at heights as needed during rig assembly or maintenance Conduct site clean-up, basic rig maintenance, and manual tasks Comply with all site safety protocols and procedures Requirements: Previous experience as a piling rig offsider or in civil construction Dogman (DG) ticket – essential EWP (Yellow Card or HRWL WP) – essential Working at Heights – essential White Card (Construction Induction) HR Licence – desirable Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol test Physically fit, safety-conscious, and a strong team player Benefits: FIFO to WA from anywhere in Australia Full-time permanent roles on long-term infrastructure projects 14:7 Roster – balance work and life Competitive Salary on offer Opportunity to work with leading piling contractors on high-profile projects Supportive team culture and opportunities for advancement APPLY NOW if interested or email jane.lara@consultanz.com.au to hear more about this opportunity.
