ConsultANZ is seeking an experienced Construction Manager based anywhere in Australia for a FIFO role to WA with a top-tier piling contractor. This role will oversee a large mining project with the piling package valued at over $70M. Main Duties Lead and manage all aspects of piling and civil construction activities on-site. Oversee project delivery, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and quality standards. Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Supervisors, and subcontractors to maintain efficient workflow. Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental requirements. Monitor resources, equipment, and materials to optimise site productivity. Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and leadership to the project team. Prepare and maintain reports, documentation, and project records. Requirements 12 years’ experience running large piling projects with more than 6 rigs . Proven experience delivering large-scale projects in a FIFO environment . Strong knowledge of piling methodologies (CFA, bored, driven, Secant walls) and ground improvement works. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
