Key Responsibilities Research and evaluate new funding and investment opportunities across public, private, and philanthropic sectors. Develop business cases and financial models to support funding proposals and partnerships. Provide robust financial and risk analysis to inform funding strategies and decision-making. Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, investors, and community partners . Contribute to the design of innovative financing structures , including self-sufficient funding models and co-investment opportunities. Support the negotiation and implementation of funding agreements in line with State Government frameworks and compliance standards. Monitor and report on funding initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. About You: You are a strategic and analytical finance professional with strong commercial acumen and a passion for using financial innovation to drive community outcomes. You’re comfortable navigating complex funding environments and building partnerships that deliver measurable impact. To be successful, you will have: CA qualification (or equivalent) in finance, accounting, or economics. Proven experience in funding analysis, investment modelling, or strategic finance . Background in government, treasury, banking, investment, or corporate finance . Strong understanding of funding models, partnership structures, and financial risk management . Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills , with the ability to influence and collaborate across sectors.
