The opportunity: You’ll be focused on winning net-new logos, typically selling into specialist business functions with 10–50 users and senior stakeholders (Heads of Function, C-Suite, Operations, Risk/Compliance and related leaders). This is a consultative, solution-led sale; not a volume transactional role. You’ll have the support of a platform specialist for deeper product demos, allowing you to stay laser-focused on discovery, commercial outcomes and moving deals through the sales cycle* What you’ll be doing: Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close across Australia. Build and manage a healthy pipeline of new business opportunities within enterprise and government accounts. Secure meetings with senior stakeholders and run structured discovery to understand their problems, workflows and commercial drivers. Run high-quality presentations and joint demos with an internal platform specialist. Collaborate closely with marketing and community teams on campaigns, events and content that support your outreach. Maintain accurate data and forecasting in the CRM and report on activity and progress against targets. Meet and exceed agreed KPIs and revenue targets. Travel domestically for client meetings, on-site sessions and key industry events as required. About you: You’re a driven, commercially-minded salesperson who enjoys building relationships that lead to real outcomes - for your customers and for your own numbers. You’re comfortable speaking with senior decision-makers, asking smart questions and challenging the status quo where needed. You’re likely someone who: Has proven experience in B2B software sales (SaaS exposure is a strong advantage). Is confident running a structured, consultative sales process from first conversation through to close. Is comfortable selling to senior stakeholders in complex organisations. Communicates clearly - both written and verbal - and knows how to tailor a message to different audiences. Is deeply organised, proactive and disciplined with CRM hygiene, follow-ups and pipeline management. Enjoys working with others - product specialists, marketing, leadership – and builds trusted internal and external relationships.
