Mitolo Wines , located in McLaren Vale SA 5171, is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Chef to join their team. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes in accordance with menu standards. Ensure all food items are prepared safely and hygienically following food safety regulations. Assist in menu planning, portion control, and stock management. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring equipment and work areas are properly sanitized. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations. Monitor food quality, freshness, and presentation before service. Support the training and supervision of junior kitchen staff as required. About you: Minimum of one year of experience working as a Chef in a commercial kitchen. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen hygiene standards. Ability to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team. Good communication and organizational skills. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high culinary standards. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
