About the Client: Join a Private Equity-backed growing healthcare group at a pivotal stage of transformation, where you’ll help shape how the business plans, reports, and makes decisions. This is a newly created role with genuine scope to build the FP&A and performance reporting across a network of clinics. About the Role: Reporting to the CFO, this role offers the opportunity to shape and improve the group’s FP&A and performance reporting function. You’ll help design forecasting models, streamline and automate reporting, and deliver insight-driven analysis that supports smarter, more informed decision-making across the business. You will also: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes across the group Design and deliver performance reporting, dashboards, and KPI frameworks in Power BI and Excel Build and maintain driver-based financial models and rolling forecasts Partner with business units to interpret performance, identify trends, and highlight risks and opportunities Provide actionable insights and executive-level reporting for the CFO, CEO, and senior leaders Collaborate with IT and data partners to enhance systems, data integrity, and automation Drive continuous improvement in reporting, analysis, and performance management processes Support scenario analysis, business cases, and investment evaluations About You: You’re either a commercially minded FP&A Analyst looking for a step up into a more senior role, or a hands-on Senior FP&A Analyst who is eager to build a role and function from scratch. You will enjoy working with data, modelling, and business partnering to deliver insight and drive performance, and thrive in a dynamic, growing environment where you can shape processes and influence decision-making.
