Job Title: Senior Performance Marketing Manager Location: Gosford, NSW We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead our paid media strategy and execution. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and is passionate about scaling direct-to-consumer brands. Responsibilities Own and manage paid performance channels including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest. Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns to achieve strong ROAS and sustainable growth. Test creative and audience combinations, working closely with the in-house content team. Analyse performance data, report insights, and identify growth opportunities. Maintain account hygiene, tracking accuracy, and budget pacing. Support international expansion through campaign testing and market rollout. Qualifications 4–8 years’ experience in paid social or performance marketing, ideally within high-growth DTC brands. Strong track record managing large ad budgets (particularly on Meta). Skilled in analysing data and translating insights into creative and strategic improvements. Experience collaborating with creative teams and briefing ad concepts. Familiarity with Shopify, GA4, and tracking tools (Triple Whale, Northbeam, or similar). Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working at speed.
