The Role Step into a full-time role at our Woolloongabba store where you will: Lead, coach, and support your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences and achieve sales and KPI targets Foster a collaborative workplace where team members are motivated, recognised, and supported to grow Create a customer-obsessed culture that delivers meaningful showroom experiences to customers and exceeds expectations Drive store performance and oversee store operations, including rostering, budgeting, and stock control, to ensure efficiency and profitability Ensure compliance, safety, and brand presentation standards are consistently met across the store About You A proven retail leader with the ability to influence, motivate, and develop a high-performing team Results-driven, commercially astute, and motivated about achieving business goals Experienced in managing sales targets, KPIs, and store performance with efficiency and care. Organised, strategic, and adaptable with strong problem-solving and communication skills Experienced in the flooring, interiors, or building industry is advantageous Hold a forklift licence or willing to obtain one!
