As our Home Care Team Leader and HR Administrator, you’ll play a pivotal role in leading and supporting our dedicated home care team to deliver exceptional service and care to clients in the community. Reporting directly to the Home Care Manager, you’ll lead a team of support workers, coordinate daily operations, and ensure our services meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and support a team of home care staff to deliver high-quality, person-centred services. Oversee day-to-day coordination of client services, recruitment and workforce planning. Support quality and compliance activities in line with Aged Care Quality Standards and NDIS Practice Standards. Build strong relationships with clients, families, and service partners to ensure a responsive and caring service experience. Drive continuous improvement, fostering teamwork, accountability, and open communication. Provide administrative leadership to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery. About You You’re a confident and compassionate leader who thrives on creating a supportive and high-performing team environment. You’re organised, solutions-focused, and have a genuine passion for the aged care and community sector. You’ll bring: At least 2 years’ experience in a similar leadership, coordination, or administrative role (home care or aged care preferred). Strong people leadership and communication skills, with the ability to coach and inspire others. Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities. Sound understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks in aged care and/or disability services. Current NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain). Experience with Home Care Packages (HCP), Veterans Home Care (VHC), DVA Community Nursing (DVACN), and/or NDIS is highly regarded. Why Join Apollo Care?
