You’ll be the right hand to one of Brisbane’s top Buyers Agents, providing seamless administrative and client support. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on being organised, proactive, and ahead of the game. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support – Manage schedules, emails, and client databases (CRM). Transaction Coordination – Oversee buyer transactions from offer to close, ensuring all documents, deadlines, and communications are handled efficiently. Client Communication – Act as the go-to liaison between clients, agents, and vendors, delivering first-class service and updates. Scheduling & Coordination – Arrange showings, inspections, and appointments. Database Management – Track, follow up, and nurture buyer leads while maintaining accurate records. Marketing Support – Assist with buyer presentations, marketing materials, and social media content. Systems & Compliance – Maintain organised systems, checklists, and ensure compliance with brokerage and legal standards. About You: Experience in Real Estate or Property Administration ready to step up Highly organised with strong attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Confident, polished, and personable Tech-savvy - CRM experience preferred Has or willing to obtain a QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate, open to costs being supported by the employer.
