We are representing our client in the recruitment of an OSHC Coordinator based in North Sydney. As the Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading and managing the daily operations of the Out of School Hours Care program. You will oversee a team of educators to ensure the delivery of a safe, engaging, and high-quality service for children before and after school, as well as during vacation care. Key Perks and finer details: $43- $47 an hour super Permanent Part time position- Mon - Fri 1pm- 6pm Vacation Care- 8am- 4pm Service size of 20pl (averaging 10 children in the afternoons) North Sydney Key Responsibilities In this role, you will build strong relationships with children, families, school staff, and the wider community, ensuring the program aligns with organisational values, regulatory requirements, and the National Quality Framework (NQF). You’ll take ownership of programming, compliance, and staff development while fostering a positive and inclusive environment where children can learn, play, and thrive. What You’ll Need Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved) Previous experience in a leadership or senior educator role (preferred) Strong understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and preschool best practices Excellent communication and collaboration skills Current WWCC, First Aid, CPR, Child Protection and Anaphylaxis training Why Join Our Client?
