Physiotherapist - Clinic & Community On Offer: $90k - $110k Super $20k car allowance added to your base salary Excellent PD allowance Part-time or Full-time The Role our client is hiring a physiotherapist to support our NDIS and non-NDIS clients in Brisbane. As part of an expanding team of allied health professionals, you will work with our highly diverse range of individuals and collaborate with like-minded colleagues, to deliver meaningful support services in a vibrant and welcoming environment that fosters growth and professional opportunities. Service delivery will be a blend of community based and in-clinic appointments based on the needs and goals of the client. You want to work in a dynamic and evolving multi-disciplinary team focused on achieving client outcomes. Communication is a key skill for you and you have demonstrated abilities to adapt to working with people with different personalities and communication styles. You are seeking a caseload of paediatric only, adolescent only, adult or mixed - let us know your preference! About the role: Full-time or Part-time, minimum 3 days per week. Flexible working arrangements with work from home opportunities. In-house weekly CPD and monthly peer mentoring. Additional competitive CPD allowance. Exposure to a diverse client populations and a broad range of conditions, significantly enhancing your clinical skills and knowledge. A realistic, expected billable target, is approximately 66% of your work time. Minimum fortnightly supervision from a senior. Selection Criteria: Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy and registration with AHPRA Practical experience or extensive knowledge in providing Physiotherapy services Effective communication and interpersonal skills A valid Driver's Licence and willingness to use your own vehicle for work purposes, ensuring it is appropriately insured Valid NDIS worker screening clearance, or willingness to obtain.
