The Opportunity: Due to continued expansion, the role of Regional Operations Manager has been created to oversee a portfolio of diverse accounts, ensuring excellence in operational delivery related to growth, profitability, and productivity. You will review contract financial performance and service delivery against contract requirements to ensure continuity and ongoing development. Your Key Responsibilities will include: Leading and supporting a talented team of Account Managers, Team Leaders, Facilities Managers and Trade/Blue-Collar staff. Taking ownership of performance, safety, and compliance, ensuring everything aligns with company values, WHS, the Fair Work Act, and client expectations. Providing effective leadership, coaching, communication and support. Management of the profit and loss (P&L) of all contracts to ensure profitability. Acting as the primary contact for customers, and ensuring Customer delivery requirements and expectations are achieved and/or exceeded through a strong Customer focus. Your Background and Attributes: You will possess confidence in leading large teams of staff comprising both blue-collar and white-collar workers who are directly employed. You will have demonstrable experience in the facilities management sector, and you will enjoy getting hands-on when needed. You've led multi-site teams before and know how to bring people together to hit goals and deliver outstanding results, all in line with the Fair Work Act and doing things the right way. You thrive in culturally diverse environments and enjoy developing people to reach their potential. You’re organised, proactive, and love solving problems before they become issues and thrive on building long-term sustainable relationships with customers. Exposure to transitioning and mobilisation of new accounts, along with strong commercial acumen, will be ideal.
