The Company: This fabulous Event Supplier has been supplying the events and exhibition industries for many years. The team produce amazing custom designed exhibition stands, brand activations, retail and commercial products and more. Their client base is large and they work with event agencies, corporates, retailers and exhibition companies. They are looking for their next permanent Accounts & Project Manager for their team. Position Terms: Full-Time Permanent Role Working a minimum of 3 days in the office per week Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 plus super (depending on experience) The Role: The Accounts & Project Manager role will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of each event and project. They will be responsible for liaising with each client, will oversee and manage the design and manufacture of each build, as well as oversee the installation and supply of each project. Key Responsibilities include; Taking ownership of each project from beginning to end Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders and ensure client confidence Develop a project plan in line with the Project Timelines Manage the allocation and facilitation of tasks to the relevant team members per project Oversee all production standards and ensure compliance to specification Ensure all time and material budgets are adhered too Maintain all process control procedures Use forward planning ensure production resources are available as determined by timelines Establish and drive a positive culture with a proactive commitment to workplace health, safety and the environment and ensuring production team members are informed, consulted & engaged in an inclusive team environment Ensure the timely preparation and submission of project variations and claims, in accordance with the contract Monitor costs against project budget and update forecasts of time and cost Complete a post job review of job performance and financial performance The Candidate: The successful candidate will have previous accounts and project management experience, with exposure to the event displays and custom designed exhibition stands sector. The ideal candidate will be comfortable liaising directly with clients as well as the hands on nature of project management.
