My client is needing a Payroll Officer to start ASAP to manage their payroll, end to end. Located in Gordon, working hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days WFH), this is a stand alone position until 2nd January. On a day to day basis, this role will involve: Processing weekly payroll accurately, ensuring compliance with payroll awards. Using MicrOpay and Mitrefinch Manage payroll taxes, superannuation contributions, and ensure all payroll-related obligations are met during month-end Process payroll EOM including calculation of payroll tax, submission of superannuation payments, child support payments. Process, calculate, and manage payroll adjustments, terminations, leave reconciliations, parental leave payments, and bonus/commission payments Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits.
