Our client specialises in structural repair, concrete remediation, waterproofing, façade restoration, and protective coatings across commercial, residential, and infrastructure sectors. The Role: Preparing accurate tenders, budgets, and cost plans for remedial and refurbishment projects. Completing detailed take-offs, trade breakdowns, and subcontractor comparisons. Managing tender documentation and liaising with clients, consultants, and suppliers. Supporting procurement strategies and assisting in project handovers. About You: Minimum 6 years’ experience as an Estimator within the remedial construction sector. Background with a reputable remedial builder in Australia. Strong knowledge of remedial works – concrete repair, coatings, waterproofing, façade restoration, and corrosion protection. Local Australian experience with understanding of market rates, suppliers, and subcontractors. Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
