Location: Coolangatta, QLD Employment Type: Full-time, permanent Salary: $110,000 - 140,000 per annum Super ____ Key Responsibilities Lead and grow a team of pharmacists and pharmacy assistants. Develop and implement dispensary systems and processes. Collaborate with doctors to optimize patient outcomes. Educate and consult with patients regarding medications. Dispense medications accurately and in a timely manner. Maintain customer records and ensure compliance with pharmacy guidelines. Manage stock ordering, inventory, and ensure a safe working environment. Participate in clinic/dispensary meetings regarding stock and operations. ____ Candidate Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor of Pharmacy; APHRA registration with no restrictions. Experience as a pharmacist or pharmacy manager in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with dispensing S4/S8 medications and processing orders. Proficiency with pharmacy software (Z Software preferred). Vehicle for travel between clinics. Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, project/time management, and solution-focused mindset.
