As Executive Assistant to the Chief Engineering, Eminence & Innovation Officer based in Sydney, you will work in partnership to provide high-level executive support – a true right-hand and strategic role. The role requires someone who is super-organised with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes. You will work in a dynamic environment, being comfortable with ambiguity and fluctuations in workloads. Supporting a member of the Group Executive Leadership Team will also require strong leadership, relationship building and influencing skills. What can you bring to the team? Proven experience supporting senior leaders at C-suite level and leading projects. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage ambiguity and pivot when needed. Exceptional communication skills, including presentation and report writing tailored for strategic audiences. A flexible, optimistic mindset and someone who embraces opportunities. A natural networker who maintains effective relationships and enjoys facilitating collaboration across multiple office locations and diverse stakeholders. Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes. Proficiency with MS Office and other executive support tools.
