Duty Manager – Pittwater RSL Club Pittwater RSL Club is seeking an experienced and motivated Duty Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Duty Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing daily operations, supporting staff, and ensuring the highest standards of service across all areas of the Club. You will act as an ambassador for Pittwater RSL, setting the benchmark for professionalism and customer care. Key Responsibilities Drive and maintain exceptional customer service standards, fostering strong relationships with members and guests. Supervise and support staff, including delegation of duties, roster management, approval of overtime, and staff training. Report any operational issues, incidents, and customer feedback promptly to senior management. Maintain a visible presence on the floor to ensure smooth and efficient operations across all departments. Provide input on gaming operations, staffing needs, security, promotions, and general operational improvements. Ensure compliance with NSW RSA and RCG legislation, Workplace Health & Safety, Self-Exclusion policies, and other regulatory requirements. About You Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team toward excellence. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage time effectively and resolve issues promptly. Experience in staff training and performance management. A hands-on approach with the ability to delegate and work collaboratively. Requirements Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality or club industry is essential. Availability to work a rotational roster with a mix of days, nights, and weekends , including public holidays. Current NSW RSA qualification (mandatory). Current NSW RCG qualification (mandatory). Advanced RCG qualification (desired). First Aid certification (desired). Comprehensive understanding of relevant legislation and compliance requirements. What We Offer Full-time position with a competitive salary range of $90,000–$100,000 per annum, pending experience , aligned with the Registered and Licensed Clubs Award 2010.
