Job Description We’re excited to be expanding our multidisciplinary team supporting NDIS participants living in the Wollongong & Nowra region's and welcome an Occupational Therapist looking to make a meaningful and rewarding impact in their local community. Successful candidates will be providing supports to cover NDIS participants living in the following areas (depending on where you live) Wollongong, Nowra & surrounding suburbs. You might find yourself in childcare centres, schools, aged care facilities, day programs, the community, homes, and/or the clinic space. Our clinicians advocate strongly for our participants so that they can get the support they need, when they need it! You will Assess participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental and physical level of function and capacity to perform ADL’s and IADL’s Interpret findings to formulate treatment goals. Participate in professional development and receive formal 1:1 supervision Engage in group supervision & disability specific workshops Collaborate with our wider multidisciplinary team of Speechies, Physio's, EP's, Psychologists and BSP's.
