As part of our dedicated WHS team, you’ll play a pivotal role in strengthening our safety culture and promoting positive behaviours across all levels of the organisation. What You’ll Do Lead and contribute to the development of our new integrated WHS platform. Provide expert advice on WHS legislation, compliance, and best practices. Support a diverse workforce with practical, timely safety solutions. Champion safety culture initiatives and drive behavioural change. Collaborate across departments to ensure WHS messages are clearly communicated and understood. What You’ll Bring Tertiary qualification in WHS or equivalent Well-developed written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills including report writing skills Developed knowledge of WHS legislation, regulations, practices, procedures and standards Knowledge of contemporary injury management and risk management practices and principles Experience in WHS management within a multidisciplinary organisation Experience in the development and implementation of safety policies, strategies and procedures Current unrestricted ‘C’ class driver’s licence We are offering a gross salary of $91,088 to $97,835 per annum depending on skills and experience. But this job is so much more than the money. You’ll also receive 12% superannuation, and be able to co-contribute up to 5% - that’s a possible 22% in total!
