Performance Marketing Specialist Aspire Early Education & Kindergarten – Melbourne, VIC Full-time on site Aspire is one of Australia’s fastest-growing early learning operators - now 35 centres a pipeline of 70 in the next 2 years. We’re looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist who lives in the data and loves improving results. This role is about performance - managing paid campaigns, fixing tracking, and finding the story in the numbers that drives real enquiries and enrolments. What you’ll do Build and enforce UTM and tracking discipline across all campaigns Rebuild and manage paid, web, and CRM strategy to drive qualified leads Report weekly & monthly on key outcomes - CPL, lead quality, and enquiry/occupancy impact Monitor website performance and lead initiatives to reduce bounce rates and increase “Book a Tour” conversions Plan and optimise EDM strategy and automated nurture journeys to convert leads Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimise spend and results. What you’ll bring 5 years in digital marketing (multi-site, property, education, or franchise experience ideal) Deep technical knowledge of GA4, Tag Manager, and Data Studio/Looker/Tableau Proven success linking marketing data to real commercial outcomes Strength in campaign accountability, paid strategy, and CRO execution Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management Practical understanding of CRO, remarketing, and campaign optimisation.
