Position Summary We are seeking a dedicated HACCP Supervisor to lead the implementation and ongoing management of the HACCP program across all areas of the Hotel. This role is crucial in upholding the highest food safety and hygiene standards and collaborating with all relevant departments in their daily operations. The Role: Maintain HACCP standards across all areas of the Hotel. Conduct regular training sessions for all chefs and food handlers covering food safety and hygiene practices. Maintain an up-to-date Allergen Matrix for all food and beverage outlets. Maintain regular communication with government food control authorities to stay informed of new regulations and ensure compliance. Keep accurate records of all food safety and hygiene-related forms, checks, and audits. Lead the hotel's HACCP program by conducting monthly audits across all outlets. Talent Profile: Tertiary education in Food Science/ Food Safety is preferred. Strong knowledge in Food Safety Management. Competent computing skills (e.g. Microsoft word). General knowledge in culinary work tasks. Good command of written and spoken English. Food Safety Hygiene experience. Full working rights in Australia.
