Onsite Complimentary Car Parking The Role of Food & Beverage Supervisor Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for developing and supervising the Food & Beverage Team at Pullman Sydney Penrith. This includes a restaurant, two bars, café, room service and minibar. You will also assist when required in supervising event staff in the WSCC. You will lead and inspire an authentically guest-centric, professional, innovative and flexible team where service is a passion rather than a job. Success will be underpinned by innovative and tailored guest experiences with delivery above expectations, consistent financial performance and an engaged team culture. Setting you up for Success Prior experience in Food & Beverage Supervisor or similar role is essential.
