We offer flexibility — full-time, part-time, or casual hours can be tailored to suit the right candidate. In this role, you can expect to be working across agreed weekdays, weekends, and public holidays. At Snooze, you'll be: Building relationships with customers in order to provide expert sleep solutions Collaborating with your team in the day-to-day store operations – you will be merchandising bedrooms, lifting stock, operating computers, and walking the floor, delivering an awesome customer experience You already come with the following: A proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPI's Previous retail experience within a furniture or big-ticket retail environment will be highly regarded, but not essential Confidence with people, products, and the sales process Exceptional selling skills and the ability to build repeat business Competency in computer and literacy skills The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team Bilingual skills will be highly regarded.
