We’re seeking an experienced Tiler to join a well-established insurance and refurbishment builder in Cairns. This full-time role offers steady, ongoing work. This team typically runs 4–5 projects at a time. You’ll handle bathroom rebuilds, waterproofing, and tiling repairs across insurance and residential jobs. Key Responsibilities: Carry out tiling and waterproofing works for bathroom rebuilds, repairs, and refurbishments Travel to local and regional sites as required to complete jobs Work closely with Site Supervisors and Project Managers to ensure quality and timelines are met Liaise with clients, tenants, and trades professionally while on site Accurately measure, cut, and lay tiles for walls, floors, and wet areas Ensure all work meets Australian Standards and waterproofing compliance About You: Qualified Tiler (Cert III or equivalent) Experience in bathroom projects, repairs, and refurbishments Waterproofing certification highly regarded Strong attention to detail and pride in quality finishes Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work unsupervised Photos or examples of previous work are a big plus Benefits: Full time position with a stable, medium sized builder Regular workflow with consistent projects throughout the year Friendly, tight-knit local Cairns team with great culture Mix of insurance and bathroom refurbishment work Option to travel for occasional regional projects if you're open to it 70k - 80k Super Work Vehicle/Travel Allowance Your next career move starts here!
