As they continue to expand their market share they have a very strong pipeline of work ahead for 2026 and 2027 and as such they are looking to add a Project Manager to their team. Description Key responsibilities will include: Leadership of the site team (staff and sub-contractors) Fiscal management of projects Monthly cost reporting to the company Director Head contract and sub-contract management Profile Selection Selection criteria will include: Proven track record delivering building and construction projects up to $20m High level of computer literacy Experience with modern construction software systems (Jobpac preferred) Excellent interpersonal skills On offer: A competitive salary, expected to be in the range of $190-200k super Highly autonomous role - manage projects the way you know best Stable team and financially strong employer On site parking
