Senior / Principal Consultant - Contaminated Land Location: Western Australia, Remote based About the Role: Join us to work on multi‑million‑dollar career‑defining projects. We are currently seeking a Principal level Environmental Scientist, Contaminated Land to join our WA Contaminated Land Team to assist with some of Australia’s largest and most complex industrial facilities closures. The role will involve forming providing technical oversight and strategic and practical solutions to clients with environmental management challenges. The successful candidate will need: Tertiary qualifications in Environmental Science/Engineering, Hydrogeology or Geology 8 years’ experience in contaminated land and remediation projects. Experience in contaminated land assessments with exposure to a wide range of environmental and engineering situations Demonstrated experience in site supervision, managing site investigations and various sampling methods including soil and groundwater. Strong communication, well‑developed report writing, and project management skills. A focus on safety and environmental responsibility. Knowledge of NEPM as well as health & safety best practice principles Strong knowledge of WA environmental legislation The candidate must have a great eye for detail, a sense of practicality in regard to legislative and technical interpretation, and the ability to find pragmatic solutions.
