Reporting to the Quality Assurance Lead, you’ll play a key role in driving continuous improvement across our claims portfolio. You’ll conduct quality reviews, provide actionable insights, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure our service delivery is accurate, compliant, and customer-focused. What You’ll Do Provide constructive, written feedback to Managers, Heads, Customer Advisors, and Claims Representatives Ensure compliance standards are met for internal risk, external audit, and regulatory requirements Analyse quality data to identify trends, non-conformities, and areas for improvement Contribute to quality reporting dashboards and maintain accurate records Recommend updates to procedures, training materials, and onboarding programs Partner with internal teams to support capability development and share insights Promote continuous improvement by contributing to team meetings and quality forums Support audit readiness and documentation accuracy in line with organisational policy Prioritise workload effectively and collaborate with cross-functional partners Bring forward innovative solutions to support strong customer outcomes and business goals About You You’re a proactive quality assurance professional with a passion for improving service delivery and customer outcomes. With sound judgment and a sharp eye for detail, you assess compliance, analyse trends, and offer practical solutions. You’re a clear and confident communicator who builds strong relationships, contributes to quality discussions, and champions best practices that drive continuous improvement. What You’ll Bring: Minimum 2 years’ experience in claims, audit, or quality assurance. Strong knowledge of personal injury claims and relevant legislation. Experience with business process improvement and data analysis. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Quality Assurance certification and ISO 9001 knowledge highly regarded.
