About the role We’re seeking a Mine Engineer on 8/6 or 12/9 roster to take the lead on all production engineering activities at our Pajingo gold operation. This hands-on role is ideal for a skilled mining engineer with strong underground drill & blast experience and the ability to mentor and guide others. Key Responsibilities • Design drill and blast patterns and develop charge plans • Manage daily and weekly production planning and data tracking • Prepare stope and panel notes, and backfill documentation • Collaborate with operations to support safe, efficient production • Identify remnant mining opportunities and optimise access to reserves • Conduct audits, reviews and assist with annual budgeting • Maintain compliance with statutory, safety and environmental standards What You'll Bring • Degree in Mining Engineering (or equivalent) • 1-7 years’ underground production engineering experience • Proficiency with Deswik and Microsoft Office suite • Strong planning, problem-solving, and communication skills • Sound understanding of drill & blast design.
