What You Can Expect Established private clinic: our long serving clinic has been providing services in the Moreton Bay region for over 10 years and continues to grow strong year on year. Supportive Leadership Role: Provide supervision, mentorship, and team development for OTs and AHAs. Balanced Caseload: adjusted caseload with a combination of clinic-based and/or community-based clients with support from our dedicated admin team. Flexible Work Options: Choose full-time or part-time, with hours between 7:30am–5:00pm and a half-day Friday. About You You’re someone who leads with confidence and intention. You bring: 3 years experience preferred as an Occupational Therapist. A passion for working with children and/or adults. Previous experience mentoring, supervising or guiding others. Excellent communication and time management skills. A proactive, strengths-based approach to challenges and finds solutions to difficult problems.
