Engage in incident reporting/investigation and conduct and apply quality improvement frameworks and audits and develop risk minimisation strategies/activities to promote safe and/or rectify unsafe practice. Provide support, guidance, mentoring, preceptorship, role modelling and promote cooperation and collaborative teamwork.
