This established and highly successful business is looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their boutique team, working alongside a Senior Property Manager within southern Brisbane (easily accessible from northern Gold Coast). Working within an autonomous role, you will oversee a portfolio of 140 properties, supported by a dedicated Assistant Property Manager who is experienced and keen to learn from your mentorship. Working within a business that only looks to manage 'good stock' you will oversee a quality, clean and tidy portfolio with admin, trust accounts and leasing all covered by others within the team. To be successful, you will be a Property Manager who is looking for good environment with autonomy to manage your portfolio within a drama free, positive culture whilst offering support and guidance to a willing assistant, keen to learn.
