Job Description We are looking for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our Beenleigh Drive-Thru Team As an Assistant Restaurant Manager you will work alongside the Restaurant Manager to ensure the smooth running of the restaurant and its employees. As the Assistant Restaurant Manager , you will be a key player in the success of our restaurant. You’ll oversee everything from managing a dynamic team to ensuring that each guest enjoys the best Greek food and service experience possible. The Job Involves: Opening and closing the store Supervising and management employees including juniors Training and Development of all staff to achieve outstanding results Conducting performance evaluations Trialling and training new employees Monitoring store performance and meeting KPI's Rostering, inventory, ordering and reporting Handling customer complaints and concerns Running a drive-thru service Food Preparation including deep fryer/grill use Cash handling and register operation Cleaning and maintaining the store Why Join Us: Attractive Salary: Because we value your skills and experience.
