As part of the Salter Brothers Accor Portfolio, you will work alongside an experienced Executive Committee. In the role of General Manager, you will provide strategic leadership and management oversight, ensuring all departments collaborate effectively to achieve the Hotel’s objectives. You will lead a skilled team, including the Front Office Manager, Head Chef, Guest Experience Executive & Maintenance Manager – upholding Novotel brand standards while delivering exceptional guest experience. You will also inspire and mentor a motivated team of emerging hospitality professionals, fostering their growth and passion for the industry.
